This is the online portal for a company to generate and print invoice for its different stores located at different cities. Below are the some key functionalities:

CONTEXT
Client is one of the company to sell the Tiles and Bathroom Accessories from their various stores located in different cities.
Objectives
Automation of all current business practice which was running manually as well covered all reporting needs which required for staff of the store, store manager and top level management to take strategic decision to improve the business as well reduce the excessive administrative efforts hindering efficiency of running store.
SOLUTION
The solution under development is represented by HETREEN Technologies of a portal for Administrative and Staff operations.
Functionality overview
There are two types of users can login and operate the system:
Administrative Operations available for Top Level Management of company:
- Generate the different stores and employee of that stores
- Manage various product of their stores
- View, print, email and export the generated invoices
- Generate and analyze the different report
Staff Operations available for Staff and Store Manager:
- Generate the invoice only for the store in which he belongs to.
- View, print, email and export the generated invoices for his store
- Limited access of the reports of his store

The project was accomplished on time, budget and with client satisfaction. The enhanced application resolve the overloaded work to manage the inventory and maintain all invoices at the end of day by staff. Top level management can by various report can check the total product sells, revenue and profit on particular day, month or year. Customer again come with some more new modules development to improve their business.
